Path to our Vietnamese Sweeties

Follow us as we find the path to our children who are half way around the world. The road is unknown and undoubtedly full of curves, but God holds the map. He is who we will follow. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." Proverbs 3:5-6

Our new addition

Our family added a new member. Our fur baby is named Zander, and he is a Chiweenie. Half Chihuahua and half Miniature Dachshund, nicknamed the "Mexican Hotdog". He is such a sweet little thing. We've had him for two weeks and have had such fun. We took awhile getting another dog. If you remember our black lab, Raven, of 11 years died 2 years ago while we were in Vietnam picking up the babies. Zander doesn't lack for attention in a house of 6 people. Ellayna like to wrap him in a doll blanket and carry him around. Yesterday, I caught Eastin pushing him in a doll stroller. He seems particularly attached to Ellayna and myself. Matt says he follows Layna around all day while I'm at work.

Twin Day at Kid's Club at our church. Layna is wearing Eastin's sweater!

New Year's Party-- I bougth the kids these masks for only 97 cents

Eastin loves to brush his teeth with his new electric toothbrush.

My parents bought this for the kids at Christmas. They love it.
Cool thing, 1 person or 2 or 3 can ride at a time. Plus, it can be an indoor or outdoor toy.

Wyatt turned 8 in January. He loves cowboy stuff. We made him cowboy boot cake, had
rootbeer in old fashion bottles and little wooden buckets full of candy.
